Clean Plate is a review-integrity tool built for independent restaurant owners. We audit your Google reviews against Google's official Prohibited & Restricted Content policy, cite the violated clause, and hand you a submission-ready removal packet so you can challenge unfair reviews without guessing.

Who we serve

Independent restaurants, cafés, and small food-service businesses whose livelihoods depend on their Google rating. One unfair 1-star review can cost months of foot traffic — and most owners don't have a marketing team to fight it.

What we do

Audit. Every review is analyzed against Google's published policies (spam, off-topic, harassment, conflict of interest, restricted content).
Cite. Where a violation is found, we quote the exact clause and explain why it applies.
Prepare. We generate a copy-ready evidence packet — reviewer, review ID, category, justification — that you paste into the Google Business Profile report form.
Reply. For legitimate reviews, we draft an on-brand owner reply you can copy in one click.

How we use the Google Business Profile API

With your consent via Google's standard OAuth flow, Clean Plate reads the reviews on the Google Business Profile locations you own so we can analyze them and (once approved) post owner replies you have authored. We never access other accounts, never post without your explicit action, and never share your data with third parties. Your Google credentials stay with Google — we only receive a scoped access token.
