By accessing or using Clean Plate ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Clean Plate helps business owners audit Google reviews against Google's published content policies, generates supporting justification, and prepares a submission packet for Google's review-removal form. Clean Plate does not decide whether a review is removed — that decision is made solely by Google.
You must be at least 18 and authorized to manage the Google Business Profile locations you connect. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to (a) submit false or misleading removal claims, (b) use Clean Plate to harass reviewers, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, or (d) use the Service to violate Google's Terms of Service or any applicable law.
Clean Plate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Clean Plate does not guarantee that any specific review will be removed by Google, that syncing will be uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content is free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before submitting it to Google.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Plate's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Clean Plate in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and disconnect your Google account from the settings page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
