• Profile information: Restaurant name, cuisine type, and reply tone preferences you enter in Settings.
• Google Business Profile data: When you connect via OAuth, we receive your Business Profile account names, location names/addresses, and review content. We do not receive your Google password.
• Review data: Reviews you paste or sync into Clean Plate for auditing and tracking.
• Usage data: Basic analytics about how you interact with the app (e.g., pages visited, features used) to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Clean Plate service — auditing reviews, drafting replies, and tracking status.
• To sync your Google Business Profile reviews when you explicitly connect your account.
• To personalize AI-generated replies based on your restaurant profile settings.
• To send essential service emails (e.g., account confirmation, security alerts).
• To improve and troubleshoot the app.

4. Google OAuth & Third-Party Data

When you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize Clean Plate to access your business information and reviews through Google's official APIs. We only access the data you explicitly authorize, and you can disconnect at any time from Settings. We do not share your Google data with any third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with:

• Service providers: Our hosting, authentication, and AI processing partners who help us run the app (bound by strict confidentiality).
• Legal compliance: When required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account data and review history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or disconnect Google, associated Google data is removed promptly. You can request full deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
